I am pleased to present a project that is very close to my heart: Digital Evangelism, Peace, Education and Community Transformation Initiative, led by Bagamang Evangelist's Ministry in Chad.
As a Christian servant and evangelist, my sincere motivation is to use the opportunities and gifts God has given me to serve humanity, share the Gospel, encourage young people, promote peace and reconciliation, and use digital platforms responsibly to spread messages of hope, education and positive values.
For some time, I have been using social media to evangelise, educate, encourage and promote peace. However, one major challenge is the lack of appropriate audiovisual equipment to produce high-quality videos, educational programs, interviews and digital awareness content capable of reaching a wider audience.
Our vision is to establish a sustainable digital media capacity that will allow us to:
• Produce quality evangelistic and educational videos
• Promote peace, reconciliation and social cohesion
• Encourage young people through education and positive values
• Promote responsible use of social media and the Internet
• Train young people and volunteers in basic digital media skills
• Reach communities locally, nationally and internationally through digital platforms
The project is planned for 24 months, with an indicative budget of up to AUD 60,000, subject to the official funding requirements and eligibility criteria applicable to Chad.
The project can also receive partial financial support, audiovisual equipment, computers, technical training, mentorship, Internet/digital services or other eligible in-kind contributions. Every contribution is valuable and can be adapted to the priorities and capacity of the partner or donor.
🏽 My personal testimony and motivation
I am not seeking support simply to acquire equipment. I am seeking partners who believe that digital communication can become a powerful instrument for education, peace, hope and positive transformation.
I have continued this work with the limited resources available to me because I believe that what God has placed in our hands should be used to serve others and bring glory to Him. With appropriate tools and partnerships, I believe this work can reach many more people.
My academic and professional background includes Christian leadership training at the Christian Leadership Institute in Michigan, USA (2022), a Bachelor's Degree in Humanitarian Project Management, and training in political advisory/public policy in Ghana, together with experience in education, leadership, project management and community engagement.
I am therefore open to working with foundations, NGOs, churches, development partners, companies, individual donors and organisations that share this vision.

Praying that maybe a good Samaritan picked it up.... I was driving near Corey road exit to Monroe street today and my tailgate fell open and a bin of all my work gear flew out without me knowing. I thought my bin just slid back and hit the CLOSED tailgate. It wasn't latched fully after my kids took softball bags out of my bed last evening.
If anyone happened to pick it up I would be SO thankful to get it back.

A Baby Born Twice.

When Chad and Keri McCartney say their infant daughter, Macie Hope, has been born again, they aren’t referring to religion—their miracle baby really was born twice! During Keri’s 23rd week of pregnancy, the couple went to their obstetrician’s office for a simple ultrasound procedure to determine if they would be having a little boy or girl. The couple brought their four children along to hear the good news.

At that time it was discovered that the McCartney’s baby girl had a noncancerous but deadly tumor growing off her tailbone. The fast-growing tumor, as large as the baby, was robbing vital blood from their baby. Without medical intervention their unborn child had no chance. The Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston was one of only three hospitals in the world that could perform such a specialized and risky surgery.

After being told that there was less than a 10 percent chance the baby was going to make it, the parents wanted to pick a fitting name before the perilous procedure. They chose Macie Hope. Faced with a dismal future, Keri said, “Hope was all we had.”

The “first birth” was about six months into Keri’s pregnancy, when fetal surgeons led by Dr. Darrell Cass gently took the tiny 5-ounce baby from Keri’s womb to remove the tumor. The surgery went flawlessly. Then back into mommy she went to heal and grow for two more months. Then Macie was born the second time on May 3, 2008, when the McCartney’s welcomed their perfectly healthy baby girl into the world.

Did you know the Bible teaches that if you are only born once you will die twice? But if you are born twice you will die only once? While explaining the plan of salvation to one of Israel’s most gifted teachers, Jesus plainly outlined for Nicodemus what must happen: “Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God’” (John 3:3). Nicodemus seems confused and says, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” (v. 4). Though baby Macie

did just that, Jesus was speaking of the miracle of salvation in the heart. The spiritual birth, marked by baptism in water, symbolizes a new life in Christ. This second birth does not happen under a surgeon’s knife, but through the work of the Holy Spirit.

THE MARTYRS.
On January 3, 2015 at 2:30 a.m. in the city of Sirte, Libya, masked gunmen raced from house to house beating viciously on front doors before rushing in. They pulled frightened men from their beds, grabbed their arms, and searched for the traditional tattoos that marked them as Coptic Christians— Christians from the Egyptians Orthodox Church . Fourteen men were pulled from their homes, taken to an on disclose location, in Lybia along with seven other Christian hostages who had been kidnapped a week earlier.
On February 15, 2015, after five weeks of imprisonment, the twenty-one were beheaded for their faith on a beach near Sirte.
The Coptic Christians kidnapped in Sirte had been working there for some months and sending their incomes home to feed extended families. In the rural areas of Egypt, the economy is poor and work is hard to find, so scores of Egyptian husbands and fathers leave their impoverished towns to work in the more prosperous, oil-based economy of Libya.
These twenty-one workers were not singled out for being Egyptians in Libya’s hostile countryside, however. They were targeted by radical Islamists for being followers of Jesus Christ.
The caption on the video labels the captives as “the people of the cross, the followers of the hostile Egyptian Church.” Egypt has been the home of a Christians minority since the days of early apostles. St. Mark, who wrote the Gospel of Mark, likely brought Christianity to Egypt in the first century, during the reign of Nero. The Coptic Church traces its roots all the way back to Mark! Coptic Christians, w ho make up 15 perc ent of Egypt’s population of 80 million, have survived Roman persecution, Turkish conquerors, and modern Arabian conflicts, but now they face a new enemy— the rise of Islamic terrorism.
Of the gruesome video, the Egyptian government identified twenty of the men as Egyptian citizens and Christians, thirteen from the small farming village of Al-Our, Egypt, one hundred and fifty miles west of Cair o . The tight - knit village was filled with loud weeping and grief the week the video surfaced, over the husbands, brothers, nephews, and friends who were killed.
Matthew Ayairga; he was from Chad, and, like the others, he had come to Sirte toNfind much-needed work. Unlike the others, however, Ayairga was not a Christian when he was first captured. No one knows why the ISIS militants kidnapped him with the rest. But as Ayairga spent five weeks with the Coptic Christians in prison, his heart was eternally changed.
On the video, an ISIS militant asks Ayairga, “Do you reject Christ?” His resolute response was, “their God is my God.”
Egyptian Christians believe that Ayairga would have had a much better chance at life had he embraced Islam, or at least denied that he was a Christian. But instead, he boldly proclaimed a faith in the God of his companions.
This is what makes the martyrdom of these twenty - one Christians both so terrible and so important: it is a picture, gruesome and in-our-faces, that forces of evil are doing all they can to darken the world with violence and to especially target followers of the cross. Yet, it is also a powerful confirmation that they are no match for the witness of Christ through the death of His followers.
Ayairga’s confession was not the only positive report after the ISIS brutality.
“In the month and a half while the people were kidnapped, the whole congregation was coming to the church to pray for their return, but in their prayers later on, they asked that if they died, they die for their faith, and that’s w hat happened. The congregation is actually growing, psychologically and spiritually,” one of Al-Our’s pastors, Father Makar Issa, explained soon after the men had been slain.6
Also, one week after the video was released, 1.65 million tracts entitled Two Rows by the Sea, with a photo of the Islamic militants marching the orange- clad Christians down the beach, were published by the Bible Soc iety of Egypt. “We mus t have a Scripture tract ready to distribute to the grieving nation as soon as possible,” the head of the Society, Ramallah Atallah, told his staff.7 Christ’s message w as c irc ulated throughout the nation of Egypt, reaching the hurting and lost once again with the message of salvation.
Jesus’ words from the Sermon on the Mount are a clear reminder of God’s eternal promise:
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:10–12).

When visiting the temple in Jerusalem during the time of Jesus, this is one of the warning signs you would have seen. These appeared both in Latin and Greek. They were on a balustrade outside the inner court of the temple.
It reads, "No stranger is to enter within the balustrade round the temple and enclosure. Whoever is caught will be himself responsible for his ensuing death."
The first century Jewish historian, Josephus, records that pillars declared "the law of purity, some in Greek and some in Roman letters; that no foreigner should go within that sanctuary."
In Acts 21, which we read today in Bible in One Year, the Jews falsely accused Paul, saying, “He even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place.” They were claiming that Paul brought Gentiles past this balustrade.
The message was clear, etched in stone: You are not free to enter the holy place.
Try, and you will die.
There can be no more striking contrast between this and what has been given to us in the Messiah, our great High Priest.
Because of his sacrifice; because his body is our new temple; because the veil has been torn in two; because we are priests by baptism; because of all this, "we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water" (Hebrews 10:19-22).
With boldness in Christ, we draw near to our Father.
