• Nigerian billionaire businessman and industrialist Dr. Cosmos Maduka has been spotted preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in Lagos, in a moment that has drawn attention to the faith of one of Nigeria’s most prominent businessmen.
Maduka, the founder and chairman of the Coscharis Group, is not just another wealthy businessman. He is one of Nigeria’s most successful entrepreneurs, having built a vast business empire spanning automobiles, manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, logistics and other sectors.
His Coscharis Group represents some of the world’s biggest automobile brands in Nigeria, including BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and Jaguar Land Rover. The conglomerate also operates a vehicle assembly plant in Nigeria.
Forbes reported years ago that Maduka’s wealth was already estimated at more than $500 million. Maduka has also previously suggested that if Coscharis had been listed on the stock exchange, his personal wealth could have been significantly higher, reportedly putting his potential valuation at around $5 billion.
What makes his latest appearance particularly striking is that, despite his immense business success, Maduka continues to publicly demonstrate his Christian faith and participate in evangelism.
His journey is also remarkable. Despite having limited formal education, Maduka rose through determination and entrepreneurship to become the head of one of Nigeria’s largest privately owned business groups. He later served as a director of Access Bank for 12 years and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
Beyond business, Maduka has also played a major role in Nigerian sports. He served as President of the Nigerian Table Tennis Federation for 16 years and was involved in taking Nigerian athletes to several Olympic tournaments.
Now, videos of the billionaire businessman preaching the gospel in Lagos have offered another glimpse into a side of his life that goes beyond boardrooms, luxury cars and billion-naira business deals.
For Maduka, evangelism appears to be more than a public image—it is something he is deeply passionate about.
And perhaps that is what makes the sight so remarkable: a man who has achieved extraordinary financial success choosing to stand in public and preach about Christ.
Forget the noise surrounding Nigeria’s celebrity billionaires and popular socialites. Dr. Cosmos Maduka belongs to a different category of wealth and influence—and yet, he can still be found taking the gospel to the streets.
His story is a reminder that wealth and faith do not have to exist in separate worlds. Even at the highest levels of business success, some people still choose to make their faith a visible part of their lives.

    "MONDAY 31ST AUGUST, 2026"

    THE DANGER OF DISOBEDIENCE

    🫵🏽🏽

    "1 SAMUEL 15:22-23"

    "Key Verse:"
“Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.” — 1 Samuel 15:22

Saul was given a clear instruction from God, but he chose to obey only partially. He kept what God had commanded him to destroy and then tried to justify his actions.

This teaches us that partial obedience is still disobedience.

Sometimes we want to give God our own version of obedience. We may pray, worship, give offerings, and serve in church, yet knowingly hold on to something God has told us to release.

God is not looking only for religious activities. He desires a heart that listens and obeys His Word.

When we disobey, let us not make excuses or blame others. Let us humble ourselves, acknowledge our wrong, and repent.

Obedience may not always be easy, but it is always better than trying to replace obedience with religious sacrifice.

Don't obey God only when His instructions are convenient. Trust Him enough to obey completely.

    "rayer:"
Lord, give me a humble and obedient heart. Help me to obey Your Word completely and not make excuses when You correct me. Give me grace to repent quickly whenever I go wrong and strengthen me to walk faithfully with You. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🏽

  • *TODAY'S PROPHETIC DECLARATION - MONDAY, 31ST AUGUST, 2026.*

    *HOLD FAST TO GOD'S WORD*

Last Monday & Last Day of August

    Scripture:
“And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” — Mark 7:9 (KJV).

*Reflection – Let God's Word Have the Final Authority*

In Mark 7, Jesus confronted the religious leaders because they had allowed human traditions to take priority over God's commandments.

The problem was not simply tradition itself. Traditions can have value, but they become dangerous when human practices replace God's truth.

As we come to the final day of August, this verse invites us to examine our hearts.

Are there habits we have become comfortable with that God is asking us to change? Are there opinions, traditions, expectations, or human approval that have become more important to us than obedience to God's Word?

Christianity is not merely about outward religious activities. God desires a heart that genuinely loves Him and obeys His Word.

As August closes, let us surrender our ways to God and allow His Word to shape our lives in the new month.

Don't allow tradition to take the place of transformation.

    *Prophetic Declaration:*
Today, I declare that God's Word shall have the highest authority in my life. I will not allow human opinions, traditions, pressure, or expectations to take the place of God's truth.

I declare that my heart is open to correction, instruction, transformation, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Today, I receive grace to examine my habits, attitudes, decisions, and priorities. Wherever my ways have departed from God's will, may the Lord lovingly redirect my steps.

I declare that I shall not be controlled by the desire to please people at the expense of pleasing God. My loyalty shall be to Christ, and my decisions shall be guided by His Word.

I proclaim divine wisdom over my family, ministry, work, business, studies, relationships, and destiny. May God's truth guide every important decision I make.

I declare that every unhealthy habit, ungodly pattern, destructive mindset, and practice that is contrary to God's will shall lose its influence over my life.

Today, I choose obedience over convenience, truth over popularity, righteousness over compromise, and God's approval over human applause.

I declare that my faith shall not become merely an outward religious routine. I want my worship to come from a sincere heart, and my obedience to flow from genuine love for Christ.

As August comes to an end, I declare that every lesson God has taught me shall produce transformation in my life. I shall not merely hear God's Word—I shall live by it.

I proclaim that September shall be a month of deeper obedience, spiritual maturity, renewed commitment, divine wisdom, and greater intimacy with God.

I declare that the Lord shall expose anything that has quietly taken His place in my heart. May He remove every idol of human approval, pride, tradition, materialism, fear, or self-will.

Today, I surrender my plans and expectations to God. His will shall be greater than my preferences, and His purpose shall be greater than my plans.

I declare that my life shall become a testimony of authentic faith—not merely what I say publicly, but what I practice privately.

    God's Word is my standard.
    Christ is my Lord.
    Obedience is my response.
    Truth is my foundation.
And God's will is my desire.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

    *Action Steps for today:*
Begin with thanksgiving: Thank God for preserving you throughout the entire month of August.

Read Mark 7:1–13: Reflect on Jesus' warning about allowing human traditions to replace God's commandments.

Declare: “God's Word is the final authority in my life. I choose obedience over human approval.”

Examine your heart: Ask yourself, “Is there any habit, attitude, tradition, or desire that is taking priority over God's will?”

Make one change: Identify one area where God is calling you to greater obedience and take a practical step today.

Guard against people-pleasing: Remember that pleasing God is more important than receiving everyone's approval.

Prepare for September: Write down one spiritual goal for the new month—such as deeper prayer, Bible study, evangelism, forgiveness, or consistent worship.

Close August with gratitude: Thank God for His mercy, protection, provision, correction, and faithfulness throughout the month.

*Prayer for the Last Day of August:*
    Heavenly Father,
I thank You for bringing me safely to the final day of August. Looking back, I can see Your mercy, protection, provision, guidance, and faithfulness.

Lord, as I close this month, search my heart and reveal anything that is not pleasing to You.

Forgive me for every time I have allowed human opinion, tradition, convenience, pride, fear, or the desire for approval to become more important than Your Word.

Help me to love Your truth and obey Your commandments.

Give me a heart that is willing to receive correction. Where I have gone wrong, redirect me. Where I have become spiritually complacent, awaken me. Where I have become distracted, draw me back to You.

Lord, let my worship come from a sincere heart. Let my Christianity be more than outward appearance or religious routine. May my private life agree with my public confession of faith.

I surrender my family, ministry, work, business, studies, relationships, plans, and future to You.

As I enter September, help me to walk more closely with You. Give me greater hunger for Your Word, deeper commitment to prayer, stronger faith, and greater obedience.

Let September bring spiritual growth, divine direction, fruitful service, and opportunities to glorify Christ.

Thank You for every blessing and every lesson of August.

I close August with gratitude, and I enter September with faith.

May Your Word guide me, Your Spirit lead me, and Your will be accomplished in my life.

    In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

    *Blessing for today:*
May the Lord's Word remain the foundation of your life as August comes to an end.

May God give you grace to recognize everything that must be surrendered, corrected, changed, or strengthened before entering the new month.

May you finish August with gratitude instead of regret, faith instead of fear, peace instead of anxiety, and obedience instead of compromise.

May the Lord bless your family, strengthen your ministry, establish the work of your hands, guide your studies, prosper your honest endeavors, and order your steps according to His purpose.

As September begins, may you experience fresh grace, renewed strength, greater wisdom, deeper faith, divine favor, and spiritual growth.

    God's Word shall guide you.
    His truth shall transform you.
    His Spirit shall lead you.
    His grace shall sustain you.
His purpose shall prevail in your life.

LAST MONDAY & LAST DAY OF AUGUST

“FULL WELL YE REJECT THE COMMANDMENT OF GOD, THAT YE MAY KEEP YOUR OWN TRADITION.” — MARK 7:9.

As you close the month of August, may you release every way that is contrary to God's will and enter September with a heart fully surrendered to Christ.

    Goodbye August!
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness!
    Welcome September!
I enter the new month with faith, obedience, hope, and expectation!

Good morning beloved, happy new week and do have a blessed, peaceful, fruitful, and spiritually renewed final day of August!
    Shalom!

  • Taking the Gospel to Remote Places

Our outreach mission continues to take us beyond the cities and into remote communities, where many people have limited opportunities to hear the Gospel.

We go with a simple mission: to reach people, preach Jesus Christ, share His love, and bring hope to those in need.

Every visit is an opportunity to pray, encourage families, share God’s Word, and let people know that they are not forgotten.

Please pray with us as we continue reaching the unreached and taking the Good News to more remote areas of Pakistan.

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” — Mark 16:15

JESUS: THE LIGHT THAT OPENS BLIND EYES

    TEXT: JOHN 9:1–41

    KEY VERSE:

«“As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” — John 9:5 (KJV)»

John 9 introduces us to a man who had been blind from birth.

His blindness had become the subject of questions and assumptions. The disciples asked Jesus whether the man's blindness was caused by his own sin or the sin of his parents.

But Jesus redirected their attention from blame to God's purpose.

    He said:

«“Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.” — John 9:3»

    Jesus then healed the man.

But the miracle did more than open physical eyes.

    It revealed a deeper truth:

Jesus came to open spiritual eyes and lead people from darkness into His marvelous light.

    THREE LESSONS FROM JOHN 9

DON'T ALLOW YOUR PAST CONDITION TO DEFINE YOUR FUTURE.

The man had been blind from birth.

His condition had existed for years, but Jesus was not limited by how long the problem had lasted.

Some situations may look permanent to people, but they are not beyond the power of God.

You may have struggled with something for years.

You may have experienced repeated disappointments.

You may have been told that nothing can change.

    But remember:

Jesus is still able to change lives.

Don't allow your history to become your identity.

Don't allow people's opinions to become your destiny.

    Keep trusting Christ.

JESUS OPENS BOTH PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL EYES.

Jesus gave sight to the blind man, but the greater miracle was the man's growing understanding of who Jesus was.

At first, he referred to Jesus as:

    “a man.”

Later, he recognized Him as a prophet.

    Eventually, he worshipped Jesus.

His physical eyes were opened, but his spiritual understanding also grew.

This is what Jesus wants to do in our lives.

    He wants us to see:

    His truth.
    His purpose.
    His holiness.
    His love.
    His identity.

There are people who can see physically but remain spiritually blind.

Ask Jesus to open your spiritual eyes. 🏽

DON'T LET RELIGION PREVENT YOU FROM RECOGNIZING GOD'S WORK.

The religious leaders saw the miracle, but instead of celebrating, they questioned it.

They were more concerned about their religious expectations than the man who had received his sight.

    This is a serious warning.

Sometimes people can become so attached to traditions, opinions, and personal expectations that they fail to recognize what God is doing.

    Don't let pride blind you.

    Don't let tradition blind you.

    Don't let jealousy blind you.

    Don't let bitterness blind you.

    Don't let familiarity blind you.

Keep your heart humble before God.

THE MAN REFUSED TO DENY HIS TESTIMONY

When the religious leaders questioned him, the healed man simply declared what he knew:

«“One thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.” — John 9:25»

    What a powerful testimony!

He did not have answers to every theological argument.

But he knew what Jesus had done for him.

As believers, we should never be ashamed of our testimony.

You may not know how to answer every question.

You may not understand everything about God.

    But you can testify:

“I was lost, but Jesus found me.”

“I was broken, but Jesus restored me.”

“I was in darkness, but Jesus brought me into His light.”

Your testimony can point someone to Christ.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO STAND FOR JESUS

The healed man was eventually rejected because he refused to deny the One who healed him.

    His testimony cost him something.

Following Jesus will sometimes require courage.

    People may misunderstand you.

    People may criticize your faith.

    People may reject your convictions.

But don't abandon Christ to gain human acceptance.

    Stand for Jesus.

The One who opened your eyes is worth following.

SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN PHYSICAL BLINDNESS

At the end of the chapter, Jesus confronted those who claimed to see but refused to recognize Him.

Physical blindness can limit your ability to see the world.

But spiritual blindness can keep you from seeing the truth about God.

    Therefore, pray:

    “Lord, open my eyes.”

Open my eyes to Your Word.

Open my eyes to my weaknesses.

Open my eyes to Your purpose.

Open my eyes to the needs of others.

Open my eyes to opportunities to serve You.

Open my eyes to the truth of the Gospel.

JESUS IS STILL THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

    Jesus declared:

«“As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” — John 9:5»

Where Jesus is present, darkness does not have the final word.

    He brings light into confusion.

    He brings hope into despair.

    He brings forgiveness to sinners.

He brings direction to the lost.

He brings spiritual sight to those who believe.

Walk with Jesus, and don't return to darkness.

    ✍🏽 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

When Jesus opens your eyes, don't return to the darkness you once lived in. Walk in His light, stand by your testimony, and help others see Christ.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Jesus Christ, the Light of the world.

Lord, open my spiritual eyes. Help me to see Your truth clearly and recognize Your purpose for my life.

Where I have been spiritually blind, give me understanding. Where I have been confused, give me direction. Where I have allowed sin to darken my heart, bring me back into Your light.

Give me courage like the man in John 9 to stand firmly for Christ and testify about what You have done in my life.

Help me never to allow people's opinions to silence my faith.

Use my testimony to lead others to Jesus.

May I continually walk in Your light and reflect that light to the world around me.

In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽
