*ABUJA AND THE NEW ERA: AN ESCHATOLOGICAL VIEW OF THE GLOBAL ANGLICAN HEADQUARTERS*

*INTRODUCTION: NOT JUST GEOGRAPHY, BUT PROPHECY*

To the glory of God, the announcement on *29 August 2026 in Recife, Brazil*, that the headquarters of the *Global Anglican Communion* will be established in *Abuja, Nigeria*, is more than an administrative decision. It is a prophetic marker.

While some individuals in their opinion rightly calls for wisdom, humility, and global representation, we must also read this moment through the lens of *Scripture, history, and eschatology*. God is not surprised by geography. He ordains seasons.

What we are witnessing is not Africa “taking over” Anglicanism. It is the *return of Christianity to its ancient African roots* and the beginning of an *End-Time Revival that will be led from the Global South*.

*1. CHRISTIANITY IN AFRICA PREDATES EUROPEAN MISSIONS*

The argument that Anglicanism must remain tied to Canterbury because “that is where it began” overlooks a deeper biblical and historical truth: *Africa was Christian before Europe was*.

1. *Ethiopia*: The Ethiopian eunuch in *Acts 8:26-39* took the Gospel to Africa in the 1st century. The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church traces its roots to the 4th century, with the _Garima Gospels_ and a canon of 81 books preserved for 1600 years.
2. *North Africa*: Alexandria, Carthage, and Hippo produced giants like Athanasius, Origen, Tertullian, and Augustine. The Nicene Creed was hammered out in North Africa.
3. *Christianity is not a Western export*. It is an Eastern and African faith that later flourished in Europe.

Therefore, to locate the Global Anglican headquarters in *Abuja* is not innovation. It is *restoration*. It is God bringing the Communion back to a continent where the faith was planted by the Apostles themselves.

As *Colossians 3:16* declares for this last Sunday of August: _“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.”_ That Word first dwelt richly in African soil.

*2. AN ESCHATOLOGICAL READING: THE SHIFT TO THE GLOBAL SOUTH*

Jesus said in *Matthew 24:14*: _“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”_

Church historians like Philip Jenkins in _The Next Christendom_ have documented what the Spirit is doing: *The numerical and spiritual centre of Christianity has moved to Africa, Asia, and Latin America.*

The decision to place the headquarters in *Abuja* fits this eschatological pattern:
1. *Numerical strength*: Over 60% of active Anglicans today are in Africa. Nigeria alone has more Anglicans than all of UK, US, Canada and Australia combined.
2. *Doctrinal clarity*: In a season where Western provinces are revising biblical teaching on marriage, life, and authority of Scripture, God is raising up a bastion of biblical orthodoxy in the South.
3. *Missionary sending*: For 500 years the West sent missionaries to Africa. In this season, Africa is sending missionaries back to Europe, America, and Asia.

This is not nationalism. This is *fulfillment*. The last shall be first, and the first last. *Mark 10:31*

*3. WHY ABUJA? WHY NOW? PROPHECY AND REVIVAL*

Many prophetic voices across Africa for the last 30 years have spoken of an *“End-Time Revival that will start from Nigeria and spread to the nations.”* Nigeria’s Anglican Church has been at the forefront of:
- Church planting movements
- Prayer and fasting culture
- Defense of Scripture under persecution
- Youth and evangelistic fervour

The *G26 gathering in Abuja, March 2026*, was not accidental. It was a divine alignment. Abuja, the centrally located capital of the most populous black nation, becomes a *new Upper Room* from where the Spirit will be poured out.

Just as Jerusalem was the geographic center for the 1st century Church in *Acts 1:8*, *Abuja can be a 21st century center* for a global outpouring — not because Nigeria is superior, but because God chooses weak and unlikely places to shame the wise. *1 Corinthians 1:27*

*4. ANSWERING THE CONCERNS: INFRASTRUCTURE, GLOBALITY, AND OWNERSHIP*

Some highly respected Anglican Church fathers in God raised legitimate practical concerns. But eschatology teaches us that *God provides infrastructure for what He ordains*.

1. *On Infrastructure*: Joseph was sent to Egypt, Daniel to Babylon, and Paul to Rome. God never waits for perfect roads before He moves. As the headquarters grows, God will raise partners, technology, and diaspora Anglicans to build it. The early Church had no “international banking” either.
2. *On Global Representation*: Yes, leadership must reflect Africa + Asia + Europe + Americas + Pacific. But global representation does not require a Western postcode. With virtual platforms and international flights to Abuja increasing daily, *global access is a matter of will, not geography.*
3. *On “Looking African”*: The Gospel has always looked like the people who carry it. When it was in Rome it looked Roman. In Canterbury it looked English. In Antioch it looked Middle Eastern. *Let it now look African, and let the world come and see the glory of God in it.* The goal is not to erase culture, but to submit every culture to Christ.

The headquarters in Abuja will not “own” the Communion. *Christ owns it.* But the location will be a sign that God is doing a new thing. *Isaiah 43:19*

*5. ABUJA MUST BE MORE THAN AN OFFICE — IT MUST BE AN ALTAR*

I agree fully with Venerable Dr Jesulola here. If Abuja is to host the headquarters, it must become:
1. *A Global Anglican Prayer Centre* - 24/7 worship like David’s tabernacle
2. *An International Theological Institute* - Raising the next generation of orthodox scholars
3. *A Missionary Training and Sending Base* - For Europe, Asia, and the Americas
4. *An Archives and Research Library* - To recover African, Ethiopian, and Global South contributions to Anglican theology

This will silence critics and prove that this is not about pride, but about *mission*.

*CONCLUSION: THE HEADQUARTERS MAY BE IN ABUJA, BUT THE VISION IS FOR THE WORLD AND FOR THE END*

Beloved, we are not in a time for timidity. We are in a time for faith.

The decision to place the Global Anglican Communion headquarters in Abuja is:
1. *Historical*: Returning to Africa’s ancient Christian roots in Ethiopia and North Africa
2. *Missional*: Placing leadership where the growth and sacrifice is greatest
3. *Eschatological*: A sign that God is shifting the centre of global Christianity for the final harvest

We must reject both Western paternalism and African triumphalism. Instead we must embrace *divine orchestration*.

*Canterbury will always be our mother.*
*Abuja can now be our mission outpost for the nations.*

As we close August and enter September, let us pray:
_“Lord, let the Word of Christ dwell richly in Abuja. Let this be the start of the End-Time Revival through the Anglican Communion. Let Nigeria serve with humility, and let the whole world see Jesus.”_

The headquarters may be in Abuja.
But the fire will reach the whole earth.

Joel 2:28-30 — I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions... And I will show wonders in heavens and in earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.

1. WHAT SON SHOWED THROUGH VISIONS — RED 7 — WHY NATIONS NOW FIGHTING

Son showed me servant Reagan — visions in this last age —

Red 7 — Judgement of correction first to house 1 Pet 4:17 — Purified with love Heb 12:6 — Not hatred — Zech 13:9 — I will bring one-third through fire, will refine them as silver refined, and test them as gold tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them.

I saw massive sorrow of chastening — house of God — to end massive glory Rom 8:18 — sufferings of this present time not worthy to be compared with glory which shall be revealed.

Then same Red 7 turned to nations — to evil doers — Heavier strokes — Luke 12:47-48 — And that servant who knew his master's will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes... For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required.

I saw Gold pure after Red 7 — Job 23:10 — When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold — Green 7 — 144,000 true Israel not practising sin 1 John 3:9, Rev 14:4-5 — ready for rapture.

But fighting nations refused Red 7 — Therefore heavier judgement coming if refuse — Heb 10:31 — It is fearful thing to fall into hands of living God.

What I saw: Maps — USA, Russia, Mideast, Israel, UK, Ukraine — tanks, drones, missiles, blood in streets, mushroom clouds drawings — Son said: Works of Satan.

2. THIS IS END TIMES — JESUS SAID IT

Matt 24:3 — Disciples asked: Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be sign of Your coming, and of end of age?

Jesus answered for today:

Matt 24:7 — Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
2 Tim 3:1-3 — Know this, that in last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud... unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal...
Rev 11:18 — Nations were angry, and Your wrath has come.

USA vs Russia — UK with Ukraine — Israel vs Gaza vs Iran — Mideast burning — China watching Taiwan — This is not politics — This is Rev 6:4 — Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to one who sat on it to take peace from earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.

End times clock: Matt 24:33 — So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near — at doors!

3. SON'S WARNING: WORKS OF SATAN VS ACTS OF CHRIST — CHOOSE

Son showed distinction — Through visions:

Works of Satan that fighting nations now do:

Shedding innocent blood — Prov 6:16-17 — These six things LORD hates... hands that shed innocent blood — Gen 9:6 — Whoever sheds man's blood, by man his blood shall be shed — Ukraine fields, Gaza children, Israel hostages, Sudan, Congo — All blood cries Gen 4:10 — Voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from ground.
Making weapons of mass destruction — nuclear, chemical, AI drones to kill — Ps 37:14-15 — Wicked have drawn sword... to slay those who are of upright conduct. Their sword shall enter their own heart.
Lying, propaganda, sowing discord — Prov 6:19 — false witness who speaks lies, and one who sows discord among brethren.
Pride of thrones — Prov 16:18 — Pride goes before destruction.

Acts that Son says are MAJOR — Greater than Satan's works:

Kindness — Eph 4:32 — Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. — 2 Chron 7:14 — If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Faithfulness — Gal 5:22-23 — Fruit of Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness... — Keep covenant, not break treaties.
Obedience — 1 Sam 15:22 — Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice — Obey gospel, not generals.
Love to each other — John 13:35 — By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. — Matt 5:44 — Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you.
Clean life through faith in Christ — 1 John 3:9 — Whoever born of God does not practice sin — Tit 2:11-12 — Grace teaches us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in present age.

Mic 6:8 — He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

Son says: Missile cannot save you — Kindness can — Faithfulness can — Love can — Because 1 Cor 13:13 — Now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but greatest of these is love.

4. DIRECT WARNING TO EACH FIGHTING NATION NOW — REPENT OR HEAVIER JUDGEMENT

USA: Prov 14:34 — Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is reproach to any people. — Your power given much — Luke 12:48 — to whom much given much required — Stop funding blood for profit — Return to 2 Chron 7:14 — Pursue peace, not dominance — Matt 5:9 — Blessed are peacemakers.

RUSSIA: Isa 10:12 — When LORD has performed all His work on Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, He will say, I will punish fruit of arrogant heart of king of Assyria — Tanks will not give you security — Ps 20:7 — Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember name of LORD our God. — Repent from shedding brother blood Ukraine — Gen 4:9 — Where is Abel your brother?

UKRAINE & UK: Rom 12:17-19 — Repay no one evil for evil... Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says Lord. — Courage without Christ becomes vengeance — Choose forgiveness path — Matt 6:14 — If you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

ISRAEL: Deut 7:6 — You are holy people to LORD your God — But Rom 2:28-29 — He is not a Jew who is one outwardly... but he is a Jew who is one inwardly — True Israel not practising sin 1 John 3:9 — Zech 2:8 — He who touches you touches apple of His eye — Yet Matt 23:37 — O Jerusalem, Jerusalem... How often I wanted to gather your children together — Return to Messiah Jesus — Blood of Lamb not blood of enemies will keep you — Acts 4:12 — Nor is there salvation in any other.

MIDEAST — IRAN, GAZA, LEBANON, SYRIA, YEMEN: Ps 83:4 — They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation — This counsel shall not stand — Isa 54:17 — No weapon formed against you shall prosper — Stop teaching children hatred — Deut 6:6-7 — Teach them diligently to your children truth not death — Turn swords to kindness — Isa 2:4 — They shall beat their swords into plowshares... Nation shall not lift up sword against nation.

ALL NATIONS MAKING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION: Rev 11:18 — Should destroy those who destroy earth. — Isa 2:19 — They shall go into holes of rocks, and into caves of earth, from terror of LORD when He arises to shake earth mightily. — Nuclear fire you make will judge you — 2 Pet 3:10 — heavens will pass away with great noise, and elements will melt with fervent heat.

5. SON'S FINAL CALL — DO IT NOW — SHARE IT NOW

2 Cor 6:2 — Behold, now is accepted time; behold, now is day of salvation.
Heb 3:15 — Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.

Son warns: If refuse His punishment, heavier judgement — 1 Pet 4:17-18 — If judgement begins with us first, what will be end of those who do not obey gospel? If righteous scarcely saved, where will ungodly appear?

Rom 14:12 — So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.

Repent — Acts 3:19 — Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.
Pursue clean life through faith in Christ — Acts 26:18 — To open their eyes... that they may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among those sanctified by faith in Me — 1 John 1:7 — Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
Show acts of kindness, faithfulness, obedience, love — Gal 6:10 — As we have opportunity, let us do good to all — Feed enemy, not bomb — Rom 12:20 — If your enemy hungers, feed him.
Stop shedding blood, stop making weapons of mass destruction — Isa 1:15-16 — When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; Even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood. Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean.

This is end times — King Oyo 34 dead — King Harald V 89 dead — Thrones empty — Next may be nations empty — Matt 24:22 — Unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for elect's sake those days will be shortened.

PRAYER DECREE FOR NATIONS NOW:

Father, in Name of Jesus — Church bought by Blood Acts 20:28 — Let fighting nations USA, Russia, Israel, Mideast, UK, Ukraine, Iran hear Son warning through visions — Let them repent now — Pursue clean life through faith in Christ — Choose kindness over killing — Faithfulness over firepower — Obedience over pride — Love over mass destruction — Or face heavier judgement — But we pray — Ezek 33:11 — I have no pleasure in death of wicked, but that wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways!

King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV of Toro Kingdom, Uganda — world's youngest monarch crowned at 3 years — died about 10pm August 27, 2026 aged 34 — ruled 31 years — Toro Prime Minister Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki announced with profound sadness, heavy heart.

King Harald V of Norway, Europe — died peacefully at Oslo University Hospital Rikshospitalet at 6:35 a.m. August 28, 2026 aged 89 — reigned since 1991 — 35 years — Europe's oldest living monarch — now succeeded by King Haakon — BBC confirmed "Norway's King Harald dies aged 89".

Young Africa king 34 — Old Europe king 89 — Both removed same 48 hours — Job 12:23 — He makes nations great, and destroys them... He takes away understanding of chiefs...

Why Son allowed both? To speak to ALL kingdoms — black and white — traditional and modern — Thrones are temporary.

2. WHAT SON IS SPEAKING / SHOWN THROUGH VISIONS — WHY I SAID KINGDOMS MUST FOLLOW THOSE ALIVE

Son showed Red 7 — massive sorrow on house to end massive glory Rom 8:18 — Gold pure Job 23:10 — Then shake thrones Heb 12:27 — Because some culture norms they worship not with alignment with sound doctrine — If not corrected, souls do not remain Lord's when dead — they rest in assembly of dead Prov 21:16.

My word was: Should these kingdoms of kings on earth need to follow those alive so that their souls even if dead remain of Lord's.

Spiritual meaning:

Luke 9:60 — Jesus said: Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach kingdom of God.
Rev 1:18 — I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.

Follow those alive = Follow Christ alive and those alive in Christ — not follow dead ancestors, dead kings, dead traditions, dead drums.

John 11:25-26 — I am resurrection and life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.

If kingdoms follow alive Christ now, then Rom 14:8 fulfilled — Whether live or die, you are Lord's — Soul remains Lord's even if body dies — 2 Cor 5:8 — absent from body, present with Lord.

If follow dead culture, John 8:24 — If you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins — Soul does NOT remain Lord's.

3. WHERE CULTURE NORMS OF THESE TWO KINGDOMS MISSED SOUND DOCTRINE

A. Toro Kingdom culture:

Worship of Nyalebe sacred drum as god — sounding drum to become king — Ex 20:3 — You shall have no other gods before Me — Acts 17:24 — God does not dwell in temples made with hands, nor in drums.
Lion-skin crown treated as power object — Col 2:8 — Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to tradition of men, and not according to Christ.
Consulting Emisambwa, ancestors, mediums when king dies — turning drums upside down — Deut 18:11-12 — Or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are abomination to LORD — Isa 8:19 — Should a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living? — Lev 20:6 — I will set My face against the person who turns to mediums.

This culture, if continues, makes heir Prince also miss Lord.

B. Norway Kingdom culture — King Harald V era:

Kingdom called Christian but now secular — Church blessing same-sex — Isa 5:20 — Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil — Rom 1:26-27 — exchange natural use for unnatural.
Royal tolerance of scandals — 1 Cor 6:9-10 — Do not be deceived... neither fornicators... nor homosexuals... will inherit kingdom of God.
Tradition of Lutheran state church as culture, not as Christ alive — 2 Tim 3:5 — Having form of godliness but denying its power.
2 Tim 4:3-4 — Time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires... will turn their ears away from truth, and be turned aside to fables.

King Harald V was loved for warmth and humility — King Charles tribute said "warmth and humility" — But warmth without truth cannot keep soul — Need Eph 4:15 — speaking truth in love.

Both kingdoms — Toro traditional, Norway modern — both need return to sound doctrine.

4. SPIRITUAL ADVICE — WHAT KINGDOMS MUST DO NOW SO SOULS REMAIN LORD'S EVEN IF DEAD

Tit 2:1 — But as for you, speak things which are proper for sound doctrine.

For Toro — Heir Prince to be enthroned:

Let Christ be crowned first in Karuziika Palace — Matt 6:33 — Seek first kingdom of God and His righteousness. — Josh 24:15 — As for me and my house, we will serve LORD.
Stop giving worship to objects — Drum, crown, stool are artifacts, not gods — John 4:24 — God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
Bury King Oyo with gospel — Not with calling dead spirits — 1 Thess 4:14 — For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. — Let funeral preach resurrection — so his soul, if he believed, remains Lord's — Rom 14:8.
Teach true Israel — 1 John 3:9 — Whoever born of God does not practice sin — True kingship established by righteousness Prov 16:12 — throne established by righteousness — Not by millet bread rituals.

For Norway — New King Haakon VIII:

Jakov, a preacher of the gospel, once came to a village in Eastern Europe. There he met an elderly man named Cimmerman, who had suffered much injustice from religious people throughout his life. When Jakov wanted to tell him about his faith in Jesus, Cimmerman immediately interrupted him and recounted all the evil that these people had done in his town under the guise of their faith. After the old man finished speaking, Jakov said to him, “Imagine if I were to steal your cloak, put it on, and rob a bank. The police only see me fleeing from a distance but they catch hold of your cloak. They track you down as the owner and accuse you. What would you say?” “I would say it’s not true,” replied Cimmerman. “But the police have a strong argument,” Jakov retorted. “They will inevitably bring it up when accusing you, because they have your cloak!”
 The old man had nothing more to say about this story, and so he demanded the evangelist to leave his house. However, Jakov didn’t give up. He continued to visit him to testify to him about the love of Christ.
 One day, Cimmerman asked his visitor how a person becomes a Christian. Jakov explained to him that he must confess his sins and believe in Jesus, who gave His life to save us.
 Then the old man knelt down, bowed his head, and prayed for the first time. When he rose again, he embraced Jakov and said, “Thank you for coming into my life.” And pointing his finger to heaven, he added, “You are truly wearing His cloak, the cloak of Christ!”

At the height of the papacy's power, its "iron teeth" fell upon Protestant Reformers. WHO PROTESTED THE CATHOLIC CHURCHES UNBIBLICAL TEACHINGS....

Many of those who were not martyred, however, found a means of escape to the New World.

Revelation prophesied this exodus in the symbol of a faithful woman, who represents God's true church. This woman, "persecuted" (12:13) by the dragon through papal Rome, fled "into the wilderness" during "a time and times and half a time" (v.14), the same 1,260 years of papal supremacy. According to the Bible, the United States will one day LOOK, SPEAK, AND ACT LIKE THE PAPACY.

FACT: During the 1,260 years, the little horn "[persecuted] the saints of the Most High" (Daniel 7:25). During this period of papal supremacy, dubbed the Dark Ages, the Catholic Church labeled as heretics those who followed the Word of God over its own doctrines and, sources state, it condemned more than 50 million people to death.
