Dear God, thank You for bringing me through another day. As I get ready to rest tonight, I’m taking inventory of what I’ve been taking in lately, my flesh or my spirit. Your word in Galatians 5:17 says, “For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another.” God, I know I have a responsibility to build up what You’ve placed inside me through prayer, Your word, and obedience, instead of letting it dwindle while I feed everything else. Show me honestly what’s been winning lately and help me make the changes I need to make. I don’t want to keep losing ground in this fight. I surrender it all, and I give this night to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
