Genesis 8:22 (KJV) BIBLE READING: 1 CORINTHIANS 15:37-44 37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: 38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. 39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. 40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. MESSAGE: The law of harvest is one of the most powerful laws created by God. It states that ‘whatever a person sows is what he or she will reap’ (Galatians 6:7), and it is so powerful that God applied it to Himself when He wanted more children. John 12:24 says a corn of wheat must first be sown into the ground and die before it can bring forth much fruit. So God sowed His only begotten son (Jesus Christ), so that He might gain many more children, and Jesus would become the firstborn among many brethren (Romans 8:29). Many years ago, there was a man in Nigeria who would hand out cash to people randomly wherever he went. People followed him everywhere he went because they knew that he would give them money. Some people wondered if he was mad, but he wasn’t; he only discovered that the more he gave out money, the more he received. Anyone who truly discovers the secret of the law of harvest would never be begged to give. The law of harvest is so powerful that when a person sows a seed of kindness or wickedness, the fellow will harvest what he or she has sown in bountiful folds. Nobody sows a grain of corn and harvests a grain; if you sow a grain of corn, the least harvest you can expect is a cob of corn with many grains. Job 4:8 says “…they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.” People who spend their time scheming to harm others will eventually fall into the traps they created. Likewise, if you sow kindness, you will reap an abundance of kindness. Hosea 10:12 says that when people sow in righteousness, they will reap in mercy. Beloved, one thing you must constantly sow as a believer is good works. Dorcas could never have known that the harvest of her good works towards the widows in her community would come in the form of her being resurrected from the dead (Acts 9:36-42) – that is another mystery about the law of harvest. Today’s Bible reading tells us that whatever is sown often returns in another form because God gives the seed a body as He pleases. Dorcas’ seed of kindness returned in a bigger, better form as God’s gift of resurrection. Keep sowing good works, and watch God repay you in ways beyond your wildest imagination. In this text, Israel was threatened by the giant Philistine Goliath in a battle. No one dared him until the young David showed up. Without fear, he stood before Goliath in confidence, trusting in the Lord who had delivered him from the lions and bears. He believed that the same God had given him victory over the Philistines. We are facing both spiritual and physical threats; ritualists, witches and wizards, and terrorists. We are killed daily with no one to speak in our defence. As young people, we must also be brave, courageous, and firm in our faith as we boldly pursue God's purpose for our lives. Happy in all circumstances But dear readers, Christians, the living God our Father wants us to be happy even when the circumstances are not as we want them to be. If you allow for your peace and tranquility to depend on circumstances, you will never be happy because there is always a change. This will be the same until your last breath. The apostle Paul gives a list of difficult situations he has experienced in life. Despite all, Paul was more than a conqueror in Jesus, who gave Him the strength to move on. You can also be more than a conqueror in the middle of your storm. Dear readers, do not always try to use all your faith to solve problems. You must learn to use your faith to have peace and tranquility in the storms of life. While the disciples were very concerned and tried to solve their problem, Jesus was sleeping wonderfully. 🙏 THANK YOU, LORD, FOR THE GIFT OF LIFE Good morning, people of God. Good morning, humanity. ❤️ This morning, I want to begin with one simple and powerful word: Thank You, Lord. We do not know why we were born or why God has given us the grace to still be alive today. We did not choose to come into this world. Yet the Supreme Being, the God of Israel, freely gave us the precious gift of life and the breath in our lungs. So, if I were standing where you are today, what would I say? I would simply say: “Lord, thank You for everything.” Thank You for life. Thank You for Your grace. Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for the Holy Bible, which teaches us Your truth and gives us strength to believe, hope, and love more deeply each day. Every morning, I ask myself: “Lord, what can I still change in my life so that I can become a better person before You? How can I grow in holiness, humility, love, forgiveness, and truth?” Because walking with God is not simply about talking about God. It is about allowing God to transform the way we live. The Bible reminds us: “Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19 If my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, how can I despise it? How can I use my life to hurt others, hate, lie, humiliate, or destroy? And Scripture also tells us: “So God created mankind in his own image.” — Genesis 1:27 My brother, my sister, take a moment and think about this: You were created in the image of God. And so was your neighbor. The person you love was created in God's image. The person you struggle to love was also created in God's image. So why should we despise someone whom God created? Why should we hurt someone whose life has value before God? Why should we live in pride when everything we have is ultimately a gift of grace? And there is another truth that should live in our hearts every day: “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” — Galatians 2:20 Oh, Lord! If Christ truly lives in me, then my heart should reflect Christ. My words should reflect Christ. My actions should reflect Christ. The way I treat others should reflect Christ. My forgiveness should reflect Christ. My love should reflect Christ. Let us look around us and recognize the greatness of God. The birds of the sky, the trees, the stars, the beauty of creation—all remind us that we are not here by our own power. We are God's creation, standing before our Creator. And yet, God does not treat us according to our failures, our mistakes, or our pride. He continues to give us time. Time to repent. Time to change. Time to forgive. Time to love. Time to return to Him. That is the depth of His grace. God could have turned away from us because of our failures, but He continues to call us. He says, in essence: “Come back to Me. Change your heart. Love one another. Walk in truth.” That is why, people of God, we should never take life for granted. Every breath is a gift. Every morning is a blessing. Every new day is another opportunity to choose love, kindness, forgiveness, and faith. So let us not allow pride, hatred, ignorance, or bitterness to control our lives. Instead, let us ask God for hearts that reflect His character: A humble heart. A compassionate heart. A patient heart. A forgiving heart. A joyful heart. A heart ready to serve and do good. Jesus teaches us: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” — Matthew 22:39 Imagine what our world could look like if we truly lived by these words. Less hatred. Less revenge. Less violence. Less division. Less deception. And more forgiveness. More love. More respect. More kindness. More unity. More peace. More smiles. ❤️ That is a life that truly reflects God. They anointed their little boy with oil as the Bible teaches us in James 5 and prayed for healing. My parents prayed and believed that the Lord would heal their little one, but instead he died. It would have been easy for my parents to allow bitterness in their heart and get angry with God. But my parents did not allow this. They were not angry with God. God asked them: 'Do you still believe that I am the Lord, your Healer?' And they said: 'Yes Lord, we still believe that because Your Word says so.' Stronger through setbacks Nowadays many people respond negatively to setbacks in their lives. They cannot believe that the Lord God can turn nasty situations into something good. Dear Christians, God will use those hard setbacks in your life to bring you to a higher spiritual level. Setbacks make you stronger if you process them properly. All the happiness we have experienced came from You. Every fragment of beauty we enjoyed was from Your hand. You made the blue skies, the green fields, the lovely flowers, the birds with their sweet songs, and all the beautiful things in this world. You made the children whose voices bring music into our homes. The sunshine is Yours, and the stars are from Your hand. It’s amazing what a beautiful world You have made just to be our home. Our hearts are full of praise as we think of all these things that show Your loving thought for us. We lay our burdens down at Your feet. What we have done today, we bring to You for Your blessing, for no work is complete until it bears Your touch and blessing. Finish what we have begun. Cleanse what our soiled hands have stained. Correct what our clumsiness has marred. If we have neglected any duty, forgive us and show us what it is so that we may still try to do it. Teach us more and more to be thoughtful, watchful, and alert so that we may do what we ought to do, that we may hear the cries of human need from weary hearts around us, calling us to acts of love. One day I was praying to God and it that prayer I asked God to provide food for those that have nothing to eat. I went outside after the prayer and not up to 5min an hawk swop down and picked a chick out of the chickens I rared. I got so mad at the what just took place. I sat quietly down still and angry when God whispered quietly in my spirit “the birds of the air neither sow nor reap. I feed them! you prayed for food to be provided to those who had nothing to eat, the bird was hungry and I answered your prayer by providing it food. I am the God of all creation and I care for all my creation.” I praised God and prayed to always trust His answers to my prayers even if it’s not in the way I expect.

Luke 12:22-24 ESV And he said to his disciples, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. [23] For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. [24] Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them.
