TITLE: PURITY IS OUR REQUIREMENT — OUR SANCTIFICATION WILL OF GOD — BECOMING 144000 — Rev 14:1-5 — BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH, NOT BY EFFORTS

INTRODUCTION:

Church — Purity is our requirement. Our sanctification is will of God.

1 Thess 4:3 — For this is will of God, your sanctification
1 Thess 4:7 — For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness
Heb 12:14 — Pursue holiness, without which no one will see Lord
1 Pet 1:15-16 — Be holy, for I am holy
Matt 5:8 — Blessed are pure in heart, for they shall see God

Example God gives is 144000 — Rev 14:1-5 — People God needs us to become.

MAIN TEXT: Rev 14:1, 3-5

Rev 14:1 — Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him 144,000 having His Father's Name written on their foreheads
Rev 14:3 — Redeemed from earth
Rev 14:4 — These are ones who were not defiled... for they are virgins. These are ones who follow Lamb wherever He goes. Redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to Lamb
Rev 14:5 — And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before throne of God

This is standard of final salvation — Pure & blameless.

POINT 1: HOW DO YOU HAVE THIS? NOT BY YOUR EFFORTS BUT BY GOD'S REDEMPTIVE GRACE OF JESUS' BLOOD AND OUR FAITHFULNESS

Eph 2:8-9 — For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is gift of God, not of works
Titus 2:11-12 — Grace of God... teaches us to deny ungodliness
Eph 1:7 — In Him we have redemption through His blood according to riches of His grace
Rev 17:14 — Those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful
Rev 2:10 — Be faithful until death and I will give you crown of life
Rev 14:4 — These are ones who follow Lamb wherever He goes — Faithfulness

Not effort = Rom 9:16 — Not of him who wills, nor runs, but of God who shows mercy — But grace + your faithfulness to follow.

POINT 2: WE ARE IN FLESH THOUGH SAVED, LED BY SPIRIT — BATTLE BETWEEN FLESH & SPIRIT EVERYDAY

Rom 8:9 — You are not in flesh but in Spirit, if indeed Spirit of God dwells in you
Gal 5:16-17 — Walk in Spirit, and you shall not fulfill lust of flesh. For flesh lusts against Spirit, and Spirit against flesh; and these are contrary to one another

Gal 5:24 — Those who are Christ's have crucified flesh with its passions

You are saved, spirit-led, but battle is manifested everyday in our lives.

POINT 3: YOU MUST KEEP A CLEAN RACE UPTO END — STARTED BY GRACE AND FAITH UNTIL FINAL SALVATION AS PURE & BLAMELESS LIKE 144000

Heb 12:1 — Let us run with endurance race set before us
2 Tim 4:7 — I have finished race, I have kept faith
1 Cor 9:24-27 — Run to obtain, bring body into subjection
Phil 1:6 — He who has begun good work will complete it
Eph 2:10 — Created for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them

John 17:17 — Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth
Ps 119:9 — How shall young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word
Ps 119:11 — Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You
Eph 5:26 — Washing of water by word
John 15:3 — You are already clean because of word

Word + Prayer = Purity. That is formula for 144000 formation.

POINT 5: IN THIS LAST AGE WITH THAT BATTLE — TRUE REPENTANCE & BLOOD WASH IS CRUCIAL

True repentance = turning away from sin or evil you did & don't do it again.

Acts 3:19 — Repent therefore and be converted, that sins may be blotted out
2 Cor 7:10 — Godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation
Prov 28:13 — He who confesses and forsakes will have mercy
Luke 3:8 — Bear fruits worthy of repentance
1 John 3:9 — Whoever born of God does not practice sin

Blood washes, purifies you:

Rev 1:5 — Washed us from sins in His own blood

POINT 6: THINGS THAT MUST BE AVOIDED FOR PURITY EARNING — SIN

Gal 5:19-21 — Works of flesh are evident: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries
1 Cor 6:9-10 — Neither fornicators, adulterers, thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, extortioners will inherit kingdom
Eph 4:31 — Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking be put away
James 3:16 — Where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there

POINT 7: NOT GOING TO RUN THIS CLEAN RACE TO FINAL SALVATION BY THY EFFORTS BUT BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH

Zech 4:6 — Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit
Phil 2:13 — It is God who works in you both to will and to do
Titus 3:5 — Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us
2 Tim 1:9 — Saved us... not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace

Your part is faithfulness — His part is grace to keep you.

POINT 8: YOU NEED TO PRAY THE WORD THAT CLEANSES US — DAVID SAYS HIS WORD KEEPS ME BLAMELESS AND IN WALK OF RIGHT PATH

Ps 119:9, 11 — Cleanses way, keeps from sin
Ps 18:23 — I was also blameless before Him, and I kept myself from my iniquity
Ps 119:133 — Direct my steps by Your word
Ps 37:31 — Law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide
Josh 1:8 — Meditate in word day and night... then you will make your way prosperous

Pray the word — Jer 23:29 — Is not My word like fire? — It burns impurity.

POINT 9: ENSURE YOU BELIEVE IN THY PRAYING — PRAYER IN FAITH = WORKS, NOT FAITH ALONE — BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED — SPEAK THAT YOU BELIEVE

2 Cor 4:13 — We having same spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I believed and therefore I spoke," we also believe and therefore speak
Mark 11:23-24 — Whoever says... and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore... whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them

Believing = works of faith. When you pray minus faith, and don't see it, this might fail your prayer.

Guard and Renew Your Mind (Romans 12:2)

Your mind is a battlefield.

Every day, you are exposed to thousands of messages telling you what to believe, what to desire, what success looks like, what happiness should look like, and what you should value.

Social media.

Music.

Movies.

Friends.

News.

Advertisements.

The people you follow.

The conversations you have.

Even the thoughts you repeatedly tell yourself.

Over time, these things can influence the way you think without you even realizing it.

That's why the Bible says:

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Notice the word:

Transformed.

Following Jesus isn't simply about changing your appearance or using Christian language.

Jesus wants to transform the way you think.

The way you see yourself.

The way you see other people.

The way you respond to temptation.

The way you handle money.

The way you define success.

The way you deal with disappointment.

The way you make decisions.

The way you understand your purpose.

The world constantly tells you:

“Follow your heart.”

But Scripture teaches us to allow God to transform our hearts and minds through His truth.

Not every thought you have deserves to be believed.

Not every desire should be followed.

Not every opinion online deserves your attention.

Not every trend deserves your participation.

Not every voice deserves influence over your life.

You need discernment.

Ask yourself:

“Is this helping me become more like Christ?”

That question can change the way you consume content.

Before watching something, ask.

Before listening to something repeatedly, ask.

Before following someone online, ask.

Before joining a conversation, ask.

Before accepting a popular opinion, ask:

“Does this agree with God's truth?”

This doesn't mean you should hide from the world.

Jesus called His followers to be lights in the world.

But being in the world doesn't mean allowing the world's values to control you.

You can use social media without allowing social media to define your worth.

You can enjoy entertainment without allowing entertainment to shape your morality.

You can learn from people without making people your ultimate authority.

You can be aware of culture without becoming controlled by culture.

Guard your mind.

Because what repeatedly enters your mind eventually influences your heart, your words, and your actions.

If you constantly consume negativity, don't be surprised when negativity begins shaping your outlook.

If you constantly compare yourself with others, don't be surprised when you become dissatisfied with your own life.

If you constantly consume materialism, don't be surprised when you begin believing that possessions determine your value.

If you constantly listen to voices that tell you that you're not enough, don't be surprised when insecurity takes root.

But the opposite is also true.

Fill your mind with God's Word.

Fill your mind with truth.

Fill your mind with gratitude.

Fill your mind with encouragement.

Fill your mind with things that strengthen your faith.

The more you know God's truth, the easier it becomes to recognize what contradicts it.

That's why reading Scripture isn't just a religious routine.

It renews your mind.

When God's Word says you are created in His image, you don't have to let social media determine your worth.

When God's Word says you are loved by God, you don't have to chase everyone's approval.

When God's Word says God is with you, you don't have to allow fear to control every decision.

When God's Word calls you to forgive, you don't have to allow bitterness to become your identity.

When God's Word calls you to purity, you don't have to follow every desire.

When God's Word calls you to serve, you don't have to live only for yourself.

The battle for your life often begins with the battle for your mind.

That's why Proverbs 4:23 tells us:

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Be careful what you allow to take root.

And when wrong thoughts enter your mind, don't panic.

A thought appearing in your mind isn't the same as choosing to embrace it.

Bring it to God.

Challenge it with Scripture.

Replace lies with truth.

Replace fear with faith.

Replace bitterness with forgiveness.

Replace comparison with gratitude.

Replace hopelessness with the promises of God.

Replace pride with humility.

Replace selfishness with love.

This is part of spiritual growth.

You don't become more like Christ overnight.

It happens as God continually transforms you.

Day by day.

Thought by thought.

Decision by decision.

So today, take an honest look at what has been influencing your mind.

What are you watching?

What are you listening to?

Who are you following?

What conversations are you constantly participating in?

What thoughts do you repeatedly tell yourself?

Are these things drawing you closer to Christ—or pulling you away from Him?

You don't have to keep consuming something simply because everyone else does.

You don't have to follow every trend.

You don't have to accept every popular opinion.

You have permission to say:

“This isn't good for my spiritual life.”

Then walk away.

Your mind is valuable.

Your heart is valuable.

Your spiritual life is valuable.

Protect them.

And most importantly, give them to God.

Don't allow the world to shape you more than God's Word does. Let Christ transform you from the inside out.

Today, choose one unhealthy influence to reduce and one godly influence to increase.

Spend more time in Scripture.

Pray.

Worship.

Choose wise friendships.

Consume content that strengthens your faith.

And ask God to renew your mind.

Guard and Renew Your Mind (Romans 12:2) Your mind is a battlefield. Every day, you are exposed to thousands of messages telling you what to believe, what to desire, what success looks like, what happiness should look like, and what you should value. Social media. Music. Movies. Friends. News. Advertisements. The people you follow. The conversations you have. Even the thoughts you repeatedly tell yourself. Over time, these things can influence the way you think without you even realizing it. That's why the Bible says: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Notice the word: Transformed. Following Jesus isn't simply about changing your appearance or using Christian language. Jesus wants to transform the way you think. The way you see yourself. The way you see other people. The way you respond to temptation. The way you handle money. The way you define success. The way you deal with disappointment. The way you make decisions. The way you understand your purpose. The world constantly tells you: “Follow your heart.” But Scripture teaches us to allow God to transform our hearts and minds through His truth. Not every thought you have deserves to be believed. Not every desire should be followed. Not every opinion online deserves your attention. Not every trend deserves your participation. Not every voice deserves influence over your life. You need discernment. Ask yourself: “Is this helping me become more like Christ?” That question can change the way you consume content. Before watching something, ask. Before listening to something repeatedly, ask. Before following someone online, ask. Before joining a conversation, ask. Before accepting a popular opinion, ask: “Does this agree with God's truth?” This doesn't mean you should hide from the world. Jesus called His followers to be lights in the world. But being in the world doesn't mean allowing the world's values to control you. You can use social media without allowing social media to define your worth. You can enjoy entertainment without allowing entertainment to shape your morality. You can learn from people without making people your ultimate authority. You can be aware of culture without becoming controlled by culture. Guard your mind. Because what repeatedly enters your mind eventually influences your heart, your words, and your actions. If you constantly consume negativity, don't be surprised when negativity begins shaping your outlook. If you constantly compare yourself with others, don't be surprised when you become dissatisfied with your own life. If you constantly consume materialism, don't be surprised when you begin believing that possessions determine your value. If you constantly listen to voices that tell you that you're not enough, don't be surprised when insecurity takes root. But the opposite is also true. Fill your mind with God's Word. Fill your mind with truth. Fill your mind with gratitude. Fill your mind with encouragement. Fill your mind with things that strengthen your faith. The more you know God's truth, the easier it becomes to recognize what contradicts it. That's why reading Scripture isn't just a religious routine. It renews your mind. When God's Word says you are created in His image, you don't have to let social media determine your worth. When God's Word says you are loved by God, you don't have to chase everyone's approval. When God's Word says God is with you, you don't have to allow fear to control every decision. When God's Word calls you to forgive, you don't have to allow bitterness to become your identity. When God's Word calls you to purity, you don't have to follow every desire. When God's Word calls you to serve, you don't have to live only for yourself. The battle for your life often begins with the battle for your mind. That's why Proverbs 4:23 tells us: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Be careful what you allow to take root. And when wrong thoughts enter your mind, don't panic. A thought appearing in your mind isn't the same as choosing to embrace it. Bring it to God. Challenge it with Scripture. Replace lies with truth. Replace fear with faith. Replace bitterness with forgiveness. Replace comparison with gratitude. Replace hopelessness with the promises of God. Replace pride with humility. Replace selfishness with love. This is part of spiritual growth. You don't become more like Christ overnight. It happens as God continually transforms you. Day by day. Thought by thought. Decision by decision. So today, take an honest look at what has been influencing your mind. What are you watching? What are you listening to? Who are you following? What conversations are you constantly participating in? What thoughts do you repeatedly tell yourself? Are these things drawing you closer to Christ—or pulling you away from Him? You don't have to keep consuming something simply because everyone else does. You don't have to follow every trend. You don't have to accept every popular opinion. You have permission to say: “This isn't good for my spiritual life.” Then walk away. Your mind is valuable. Your heart is valuable. Your spiritual life is valuable. Protect them. And most importantly, give them to God. Don't allow the world to shape you more than God's Word does. Let Christ transform you from the inside out. Today, choose one unhealthy influence to reduce and one godly influence to increase. Spend more time in Scripture. Pray. Worship. Choose wise friendships. Consume content that strengthens your faith. And ask God to renew your mind. “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion.
Devotional message:

The Bible records that God created man in His image and according to His likeness. This means that it is in our becoming like Him, through being conformed to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ, that we are able to function according to His nature and purposes. As we become like Christ, we are positioned to represent Him accurately and function in the authority He has entrusted to us.

It is our becoming like Him that positions us to exercise authority over principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness and to function in dominion over creation. You cannot effectively exercise authority over something you are yourself a captive of.

Therefore, before we focus on walking in power, healing the sick, casting out demons, and walking in dominion, we must first prioritize becoming like Christ.

Many of the things we desire from God are by-products of our becoming. As Christ is formed in us, our character, conduct, authority, and influence begin to reflect Him. Therefore, our greatest pursuit should not merely be what we can do for God, but who we are becoming in Him.

In the coming days, we shall continue looking at this series on BECOMING LIKE CHRIST and discover why becoming must come before doing, and why Christlikeness should remain at the centre of our walk with God.

God is more interested in who we are becoming than merely what we are doing. As we become like Christ, our authority, influence, character, and works should flow from that transformation.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father,Conform me to the image of Your Son and let my character, conduct, and life reflect Jesus. May everything that flows through me be a product of what You are doing within me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

YOU SHALL SPROUT AGAIN. .

TEXT: Job 14:7-9. (KJV).

"For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout
again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.
Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock
thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will
bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant."

Introduction:
There are seasons in life when it appears that everything has come to an end.
Dreams seem buried, businesses collapse, ministries become dry, families experience heartbreak, and health fails. The enemy whispers, "It is over."
But God declares through Job 14:7, "There is hope."
Our God specializes in bringing life out of death, beauty out of ashes, and restoration after devastation.
If a tree can sprout again after being cut down, then a child of God can also rise again.
No matter how much has been lost, you shall sprout again.

I. YOUR SETBACK IS NOT YOUR END.
Job 14:7
A tree may be cut down, but its roots remain alive.
The enemy may cut down your finances, reputation, relationships, or ministry, but if your roots remain in Christ, your future is secure.
Job lost everything, yet God restored him double (Job 42:10-17).

Joseph was betrayed, sold into slavery, and imprisoned before becoming governor (Genesis 37; 39-41).
Naomi returned to Bethlehem empty, but God filled her again through Ruth (Ruth 1-4).
A farmer does not uproot every tree after cutting its branches because he knows that life is still hidden beneath the surface. Likewise, what appears dead to people may still be alive in God's hands.
People may write you off, but God has not finished writing your story.

2. THE ROOT DETERMINES THE FUTURE.
Job 14:8
"Though the root thereof wax old..."
God focuses on the root rather than the branches.
The branches represent visible success.
The roots represent: Prayer, Faith, Character, Holiness, God's Word
A believer with deep roots can recover after any storm.
(Psalm 1:3, Jeremiah 17:7-8, Colossians 2:6-7)
Never neglect your spiritual roots during difficult seasons.

3. THE SCENT OF WATER BRINGS REVIVAL.
Job 14:9
The tree sprouts not because someone pushes it but because it senses water.
Throughout Scripture, water represents:
The Holy Spirit (John 7:37-39)
The Word of God (Ephesians 5:26)
God's refreshing presence (Isaiah 44:3)
The moment God's presence touches a dry life, restoration begins.
Ezekiel's dry bones came alive by God's Spirit (Ezekiel 37:1-14).
Samson regained strength when his hair grew again (Judges 16:22).
Peter failed terribly, yet Jesus restored him and he became a bold preacher (John 21:15-19).
During drought, fields appear lifeless. Yet when rain falls, seeds hidden beneath the soil suddenly germinate. What looked dead was only waiting for the right season.
Stay connected to God's presence because one encounter can change everything.

4. GOD RESTORES WHAT SEEMS LOST
God is the God of restoration.
(Joel 2:25-27, Isaiah 61:7, Psalm 126:1-6)
God restores: Lost opportunities, Joy, Peace, Relationships, Ministries, Finances, Health etc.
Lazarus came back from the grave (John 11).
The Shunammite woman received back her land and possessions (2 Kings 8:1-6).
The prodigal son was restored to his father's house (Luke 15:11-24).
God's restoration is often greater than what was lost.

5. SPROUTING AGAIN REQUIRES FAITH.
Faith sees life where others see death.
(Hebrews 11:1, Mark 9:23, Romans 4:17-21)
Abraham believed against hope.
Sarah conceived in old age.
Nothing is impossible with God.
Faith keeps believing until God's promise becomes reality.

6. DO NOT DESPISE SMALL BEGINNINGS.
When a tree sprouts again, it starts with a small shoot.
God often begins restoration in small ways.
(Zechariah 4:10, Isaiah 60:22)
David moved from shepherd boy to king one step at a time (1 Samuel 16; 2 Samuel 5).
Celebrate every sign of progress because God often starts small before doing something great.

7. YOUR TESTIMONY WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS.
When God restores you, your life becomes a testimony.
(Psalm 40:1-3, Revelation 12:11)
Others who have lost hope will gain courage because of what God has done for you.

LESSONS FOR TODAY'S CHRISTIAN
Never conclude your life before God has finished His work.
Remain rooted in Christ during difficult seasons.
Stay in God's presence because revival comes from Him.
Believe that restoration is possible even after great loss.
Be patient with God's timing.
Small beginnings can lead to great breakthroughs.
Your restored life will glorify God and strengthen the faith of others.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION
Ask yourself:
Are my spiritual roots still alive?
Am I staying close to God through prayer and His Word?
Am I trusting God's promises more than my present circumstances?
Am I ready to recognize the new beginning God is bringing?
Even if life has "cut you down," God can cause you to sprout again.

SUMMARY.
The enemy may have cut down your dreams, delayed your progress, or shaken your confidence, but he cannot destroy what God has planted.
The same God who restored Job, raised Lazarus, revived dry bones, and restored Peter is still at work today.
Your current season is not your final chapter.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, new life will emerge from what seemed finished.
Your joy will return, your calling will flourish, your faith will grow stronger, and your testimony will declare God's faithfulness.
Remember God's promise: "For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again..." (Job 14:7, KJV).
Declare by faith:
I shall sprout again.
My hope is alive in Christ.
My dry season is coming to an end.
God is restoring every area of my life.
My latter days shall be greater than my former days.
My testimony will bring glory to God.

The Joy of Walking With God.

“You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence!” Psalm 139:4–7 (NLT)

Intellectually, believers accept God is with us—watching over us. But, we don’t always consciously remember He walks with us every step of the way. We pray, and the busyness of our day—all the external and internal noise that bombards our minds—eclipses His presence. He never leaves us, but our vision becomes clouded. We ignore His unseen attendance, and reduce our Lord to the role of being a spectator in our lives.

Listening to someone pray, “Lord, be with us throughout this day,” a thought was whispered in my mind: I am with you! I have promised never to leave you or forsake you. If you will only thank Me for this, you will become more aware of My presence.

Often I have prayed for those who walk a difficult path, that God would give them a divine awareness of His constant presence. Suddenly, I cried out the same for myself. And that’s how my journey of a supernaturally conscious walk with God began.

The Bible describes Noah and his great grandfather, Enoch, as men who “walked with God.” God called Abraham to walk with Him. His call is not reserved for a few—it is for all who believe in Christ. The Apostle Paul instructs us, “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25. Walking with God is a continuous progression—not lagging behind Him, or running ahead of Him. As His child, we walk humbly hand-in-hand with our Heavenly Father in a rhythmic pattern that develops harmony with Heaven.

Our Lord longs for us to open our hearts and receive His love. He seeks to share our life experiences, living in a state of uninterrupted fellowship. The intimacy of our relationship is magnified when we acknowledge Him as our constant Companion—the One who teaches and leads us along His narrow path of life. He opens our ears to hear His still small voice. Life choices are changed. We avoid activities that displease Him, and do all for His glory,

I’m practicing this walk. While it’s not yet perfected, my experience has become like David’s in Psalm 139. I know God lives in me through His indwelling Spirit, but it’s almost like I sense Him by my side throughout the day. My thoughts are a running conversation with my constant Companion. When I tell someone I will pray for them, or write an encouraging word to a suffering soul, it’s as though I’m talking with my Lord at that very moment. Our thoughts are becoming so connected, it often seems He gives me the words to say.

Take a moment now to thank God for His promise to be with you always. Pray each morning to be filled with the Spirit, and ask God to give you a divine awareness of His constant companionship. He will do it, and you will know the joy of walking with God.

I can never get away from your presence!” Psalm 139:4–7 (NLT) Intellectually, believers accept God is with us—watching over us. But, we don’t always consciously remember He walks with us every step of the way. We pray, and the busyness of our day—all the external and internal noise that bombards our minds—eclipses His presence. He never leaves us, but our vision becomes clouded. We ignore His unseen attendance, and reduce our Lord to the role of being a spectator in our lives. Listening to someone pray, “Lord, be with us throughout this day,” a thought was whispered in my mind: I am with you! I have promised never to leave you or forsake you. If you will only thank Me for this, you will become more aware of My presence. Often I have prayed for those who walk a difficult path, that God would give them a divine awareness of His constant presence. Suddenly, I cried out the same for myself. And that’s how my journey of a supernaturally conscious walk with God began. The Bible describes Noah and his great grandfather, Enoch, as men who “walked with God.” God called Abraham to walk with Him. His call is not reserved for a few—it is for all who believe in Christ. The Apostle Paul instructs us, “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25. Walking with God is a continuous progression—not lagging behind Him, or running ahead of Him. As His child, we walk humbly hand-in-hand with our Heavenly Father in a rhythmic pattern that develops harmony with Heaven. Our Lord longs for us to open our hearts and receive His love. He seeks to share our life experiences, living in a state of uninterrupted fellowship. The intimacy of our relationship is magnified when we acknowledge Him as our constant Companion—the One who teaches and leads us along His narrow path of life. He opens our ears to hear His still small voice. Life choices are changed. We avoid activities that displease Him, and do all for His glory, I’m practicing this walk. The Bible tells us that Christ is “FOREVER TRULY GOD” while also becoming truly human.

Christ was God essentially, and in the highest sense. He was with God from all eternity, God over all, blessed forevermore.”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

When people ask, “Is Christ God?”, let us not allow the question to become merely an argument between religious groups. Let us go back to the Word of God and look to Jesus with faith.

Christ humbled Himself, took humanity upon Himself, suffered and died for our sins, and rose again. The One who gave His life for us is not merely a religious teacher, He is our DIVINE SAVIOR and our ETERNAL HOPE.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.

Therefore, let us worship Christ, trust Christ, follow Christ, and proclaim Christ. Our salvation is found in Him. And as we await His glorious return, may our hearts continually say:

“My Lord and my God!” — John 20:28
