WHY WE DON'T PUT AN ALTAR ON AN ALTAR: A Prophetic Revelation on Spiritual Identity. In many cultures across the world, a common weapon of spiritual and psychological warfare involves targeting a person's identity. Malicious individuals, envious colleagues, or hidden enemies often take a person’s photograph, name, or reputation, and subject it to dark altars, malicious gatherings, or toxic rituals. The goal is simple: to suppress, manipulate, or completely destroy the victim's destiny. When people find out their identity is being targeted, fear usually sets in. But today, I want to introduce a universal spiritual law and a proverb that God gave me to break this fear once and for all: "We don't put an altar on an altar". "THE ANATOMY OF AN ALTAR To understand this proverb, we must understand what an altar is. An altar is not just a physical table or a heap of stones; it is a legal landing pad where the spiritual realm interfaces with the physical realm. It is a place of covenants, commitments, and spiritual authority. When a malicious force tries to target your identity, they believe they are subjecting your life to the authority of their domain. YOU ARE THE ALTAR Here is the heavy spiritual mystery they fail to realize: As a believer, you are not an empty vessel. The Apostle Paul reminds us in (1 Corinthians 6:19) that our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. If your body is a temple, it means there is an active, burning altar of the Living God residing inside your spirit. You are a moving, living altar. Your identity carries the spiritual frequency, presence, and fire of the God you serve. THE CLASH OF FOUNDATIONS Therefore, when an enemy targets you, they are literally trying to place an altar on top of an altar. In the realm of the spirit, this creates a violent clash of legalities. A lower, human-made, or demonic foundation cannot sit on top of or overwrite a supreme, divine foundation. You cannot place a counterfeit authority over the original authority of God. Instead of their dark setups swallowing up your destiny, your presence as a divine altar enters their space as a disruptive force. THE EXAMPLE OF DAGON We see this law perfectly demonstrated in (1 Samuel 5). When the Philistines captured the Ark of God, they foolishly brought it into the temple of their god, Dagon, and set it right next to him. They tried to place the supreme altar of Jehovah within the domain of a lesser deity. What happened? The next morning, Dagon was found fallen face down on the ground before the Ark. They stood him up again, and by the next day, Dagon had fallen again—this time with his head and hands broken off. A PROPHETIC DECLARATION If you are reading this today, let this proverb give you absolute confidence. You are protected by a permanent spiritual covenant. If they have targeted your life in any hidden room to manipulate your marriage, finances, or health, do not panic. Because you are an altar, their opposition has just invited a consuming fire into its own space. The attack will backfire, the altars of darkness will shatter, and your victory is guaranteed. LA CONCIENCIA ES EL PRIMER PASO HACIA UNA VIDA MEJOR Hay momentos en los que oramos para que Dios cambie una situación, pero también debemos preguntarnos: ¿qué responsabilidad me corresponde asumir a mí? En nuestro caso, tuvimos que confrontar nuestra realidad. Más allá del peso o de nuestra apariencia física, había asuntos relacionados con nuestra salud que no podíamos seguir ignorando, particularmente en el caso de mi esposa. Ante cualquiera que fuera el problema de salud, entendimos que teníamos que ser intencionales, buscar la ayuda adecuada y movernos para provocar los cambios que estaban bajo nuestra responsabilidad. La fe no sustituye la responsabilidad. Oramos, creemos en Dios y, al mismo tiempo, actuamos con sabiduría. La Escritura nos recuerda: «¿No se dan cuenta de que su cuerpo es el templo del Espíritu Santo…?» — 1 Corintios 6:19, NTV Cuidar el cuerpo no debe convertirse en idolatría de la apariencia, pero tampoco podemos caer en el extremo de descuidarlo. Nuestro cuerpo es parte de la mayordomía que Dios nos ha confiado. Por eso buscamos orientación, tratamiento y supervisión médica. Comenzamos a revisar hábitos, alimentación, disciplina y aquellas decisiones cotidianas que estaban contribuyendo a nuestra condición. Y aquí encontré una conexión directa con lo que enseño sobre crecimiento personal y liderazgo: La conciencia identifica lo que necesita cambiar. La responsabilidad elimina las excusas. La intencionalidad nos mueve a actuar. La disciplina sostiene lo que decidimos comenzar. Y el dominio propio nos ayuda a permanecer cuando las emociones ya no son suficientes. No podíamos cambiar el ayer, pero sí podíamos decidir qué hacer a partir de hoy. Desde una perspectiva del Reino, esto también es liderazgo. Antes de pretender influenciar, dirigir o transformar a otros, debemos estar dispuestos a permitir que Dios confronte y transforme aquellas áreas de nuestra propia vida que necesitan orden. El verdadero liderazgo comienza por gobernarnos a nosotros mismos bajo el gobierno de Cristo. Todavía estamos en proceso. Seguimos aprendiendo, ajustando y conquistando pequeñas victorias cada día. No afirmamos que nuestro proceso sea la fórmula para todos; cada condición de salud requiere evaluación profesional y cada persona tiene circunstancias distintas. Pero sí hemos aprendido algo: No siempre podemos escoger la situación que enfrentamos, pero sí podemos decidir con qué actitud, responsabilidad, fe e intencionalidad vamos a responder ante ella. Ora. Busca dirección de Dios. Busca la orientación médica correspondiente. Toma conciencia. Decide. Muévete. Sé intencional. Al comenzar a crecer de manera intencional y a liderarme a mí mismo, entendí una verdad incómoda: no podía pedir resultados diferentes mientras siguiera tomando las mismas decisiones. Tuve que asumir responsabilidad por mis hábitos, por mi disciplina y por la manera en que estaba cuidando de mí. Ese proceso me llevó a dar un giro de 180 grados: eliminar hábitos que me estaban frenando, desarrollar amor propio y comenzar a tomar decisiones más conscientes. De marzo a agosto he logrado bajar 120 libras, con disciplina, orientación, tratamiento y supervisión médica. No ha sido un proceso improvisado ni una fórmula rápida. Ha requerido constancia, acompañamiento y compromiso. Y seguimos creciendo. Porque una transformación real no se construye en un solo gran momento, sino en victorias diarias: elegir mejor, cumplir lo que nos prometimos, levantarnos después de fallar y volver a decidir. Todavía hay camino por recorrer. Pero hoy entiendo algo con mayor claridad: antes de liderar a otros, tuve que aprender a liderarme a mí mismo. Hoje, muita coisa chega até nós por uma tela. Uma pregação, um testemunho, uma conversa, uma frase que alguém compartilhou. Às vezes, a pessoa nunca pisaria numa igreja, mas pode encontrar uma palavra enquanto passa o dedo pelo celular. É por isso que eu acredito que comunicar também é uma forma de servir. A gente pode usar o que tem nas mãos para mostrar o que Deus está fazendo e, quem sabe, chegar até alguém que está precisando disso. Então faz uma experiência hoje, coloque no seu Story ou no status do WhatsApp: “Posso orar por você?” E deixa lá. Não precisa explicar nada. Talvez ninguém responda. Mas e se alguém responder? Uma pergunta tão simples pode abrir espaço para uma conversa que precisava acontecer. Talvez a luz que alguém está procurando hoje possa chegar através de você!

Matthew 22:11-14 NIV “But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. I hope you are blessed and having a great morning. Long ago in the East, a host of a banquet would provide special garments to his invited guests. These were to his own honor and pride. He would therefore expect all his invited guests to be in that specific attire. Do you think he would allow them who refused to be in his probably expensive, clean and beautiful attire to remain in the banquet? Won't that be a great dishonor to him having spent alot only for someone to participate wearing his or her own garment of choice? Jesus Christ uses this to illustrate how it will be for those who accepted Him but wants to do it under their own terms. Those who want to remain in sin but also in Christ. Those who accepted the Gospel but have willingly refused to be transformed by it. They want to be luke warm, not cold not hot. They want to love Jesus by their own lips whilst their actions shows otherwise. Those who have refused to bear fruit of Spirit but instead are bearing fruits of flesh. In another place the Bible describes them this way Romans 1:21 NIV "For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. " Gospel is tranformartive but to those who genuinely accept it and from henceforth take-up their cross and follow Jesus. You cannot tell us you belong to Jesus but also to your old sinful nature. You cannot belong to light and darkness at the same time. Gospel is nothing about mingling with crowd but rather a deep personal relationship with God. It is about true repentance, faith and submission to the ways of God. It is nothing about following your church traditions and what not but rather a deep relationship of submission and obedience to God. The end of those that are lukewarm is clear. They will be cast out of God's presence at the judgement day. Matthew 7:23 NIV Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Brethren, be among the chosen not just those who accepted invitation. It'll be very painful if you wasted all your time lying on salvation. "TRUST YOUR BIBLE, IT'S TRUE!" ‘…that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled...’ Matthew 26:56 NIV THE DEATH, burial and resurrection of Jesus fulfilled no less than twenty-nine different Old Testament prophecies. The odds of that happening are virtually impossible! Mathematician Peter Stoner explains it this way: ‘If you were to cover the state of Texas two feet deep in pound coins, then on one, place a mark. What is the probability that a blindfolded person could, on their first attempt, select that coin? That’s the likelihood of just eight prophecies being fulfilled in one lifetime. And Jesus fulfilled twenty-nine of them in one day!’ Let’s look at some of the prophecies He fulfilled: 1) ‘…They pierced My hands and… feet’ (Psalms 22:16 NKJV). 2) ‘They divide my garments…and…cast lots’ (Psalms 22:18 NKJV). 3) ‘…in that day…I will make the sun go down at noon, and…darken the earth in…daylight’ (Amos 8:9 NKJV). Jesus predicted both His death and His resurrection. He told His critics, ‘…“Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”…the temple he had spoken of was his body’ (John 2:19-21 NIV). Jesus orchestrated every event, including Judas’ betrayal, the high priest’s hypocrisy, and Peter’s denial. Why? ‘That the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.’ So you can trust your Bible because it’s true. And something else is true too. God is ‘…able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…’ (Ephesians 3:20 NIV). Note the words ‘immeasurably more.’ What seems impossible to you at the moment, is all in a day’s work for Him. So start trusting Him to work on your behalf. And he said, What needeth it? let me find grace in the sight of my lord. *Timeless Truth:* _"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"_ (Psalm 133:1). *INTRODUCTION* Love and unity are the indispensable catalysts of human relationships that make life worthwhile. Without these two graces, life ceases to have meaning and will breed heartaches, emotional troubles, bitter enmity and rivalries, anguish of the soul and all sorts of relational problems. The fulfilment and joy of natural and spiritual families, communities, nations etc rest on love and unity. *"Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity"*. Satan's delight is to fuel relational problems and thereby make the earth another hell for relations. When the foundation of happy relationship and co-existence is destroyed, what shall the righteous do? The foundation of a happy and united family life of Isaac was broken and it had its toll on the children. Parental disunity and favoritism led to bitter rivalry between Esau and Jacob. The result was not a sweet experience for each member of the family. After 20 years of separation between the children, the need for peace and unity, so as to end the ugly experience became imperative. They must be commended that they did not die in that situation. They allowed God and let go of their differences. What can we learn from them about how to build the broken walls and foundation of life and unity among brethren? Read on. *1. Bridge the Communication Gap* a. The main reason Jesus came to pay the ultimate price of redemption is to break the communication barrier between man and God due to sin. Once that barrier is broken, it will be possible to break the communication barrier among fellow brethren. The fact that Jesus paid this price underscores the importance of love and unity among brethren. No man can claim to be godly without conscious and deliberate commitment to living in peace and love with fellow brethren and neighbours. A graceless person will be content with disunity and loveless relationships while true grace makes true reconciliation possible. Jacob initiated it and this shows he had grace. He first settled the problem in the spiritual realm by wrestling with God on a lonely night at Jabbok. His personal encounter with God first changed his life, blew his ego to the wind of heaven, brought a deep transformation into his life and melted his hardened heart of deception. The change must start with you. The godly who desires to live at peace and pleases God must be ready to pray through until his heart is melted with the grace to forgive, forget and fall into the love of God. Ego or self is often the main problem that must bow in order to live at peace and unity. b. For the first time after 20 years, Jacob opted to take the lead by asking for a face to face meeting with his estranged brother and bridge the communication gap. *"And he lifted up his eyes, and saw the women and the children; and said, Who are those with thee?"*. Take the godly initiative and step: bridge the Communication Gap. Sink all your pride, anger, hatred, bitterness and desire for revenge at the cross and take the initiative. Unknown to him, Esau, though a violent man, secretly desired peace too. It only takes one to bell the cat. Surprisingly, the God of peace that had broken Jacob at the altar of prayer and grace had also dealt with Esau too. Broken communication became mended. *"And he said, The children which God hath graciously given thy servant"*. In bringing peace to a troubled or broken relationship, there may be the need to bring a third party that is respected by both sides and has the wisdom and grace to mend relationships. *Question* Are you willing to please and bridge the communication gap with someone? How do you want to demonstrate your willingness? *2. Bind Your Character with Grace* a. Jacob had trained all his wives and children on how to show respect and give honour to the one who had been hurt and might be breathing out revenge and anger. It was not the time prove who was wrong or right. In reconciliation, self defence is minimized. *"Why do ye not rather accept wrong? Why not rather let yourselves suffer wrong and be deprived of what is your due? Why do you not rather take wrong?"* (1Corinthians 6:7). The crucified saint will be willing to accept blame even when he is not convinced that he is wrong for the sake of peace. This is where grace is also needed. *"Then the handmaidens came near, they and their children, and they bowed themselves"*. All the people with Jacob went humbly and bowed to their Daddy's brother. Jacob had depoisoned the hearts of his people so that they could sincerely give the needed and expected honour to Esau. The peaceful person will not be a hypocritical person who will pretend to seek for peace and unity and privately he will be poisoning the hearts of others. b. Humility is an essential part of living in love and unity and building again love and unity in a broken relationship. Many apologies, though may be simple, have a way of healing hurt hearts and broken bones and barriers in relationships. It takes humility to bend when the other person is standing on his points which may even be wrong and unacceptable altogether. *"The fruit of peace is shown by them which make peace"*. *"Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the children of GOD"*. *Question* Are you willing to pay the price of love and unity so that your life receives the immeasurable blessings of obedience to God or you still want to stick to your gun and end up in perdition? *3. Bless Your Companion With Gifts* God paid the price of reconciliation with man by giving us the gift of Jesus Christ and all other spiritual and earthly gifts and blessings. True reconciliation must also be sealed up with exchange and acceptance of godly and helpful gifts. Jacob was smart to have prepared gifts for Esau ahead of their encounter. In fact, at first, Esau wanted to wisely reject the gifts. If he had refused, then know that the problem was only solved superficially. *"And he said, These are to find grace in the sight of my lord"*. The Scripture says, *"A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men"* (Proverbs 18:16). It is not how much that is affordable, but the heart of love and reconciliation that is behind it. Jacob insisted that the gift should be taken though Esau himself was well to do. *"Take, I pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee; because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he urged him, and he took it"*. Look at the choice of words of wisdom and humility of Jacob. John did not know Jesus, but the Holy Spirit descended and stayed on Christ at His baptism.
